Terms & Conditions
Standard NET 30 terms are available to all qualified dealers who have submitted a credit application and have been approved for terms by our credit department. We also accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, COD and Cash in Advance as alternate methods of payment.

Past Due Accounts
Ralide reserves the right to hold shipments on overdue accounts, and to reassess established terms with that dealer. In the event that terms are revoked, dealer may pay by one of the alternative methods listed above. The dealer will be contacted by our credit department prior to the revocation of terms via telephone or letter.

Shipping
All Ralide shipments are F.O.B. Athens, TN, USA. Unless otherwise specified, we ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Return Policy
Please contact us should you have any questions about your Ralide products. We are the designers and manufacturers, and therefore know our product inside and out. If there is a craftsmanship flaw, please contact our Customer Service department and we will issue a Return Authorization number (RA#) for you to use to return the defective merchandise to us for replacement. A restocking fee of 25% may be applied to unwanted stock, but a RA# is still required before return product will be accepted.
